This ensures your appointment is secured just for you—and helps us keep things running smoothly for everyone. ⸻ ⏰ Running Late? Life happens—we totally get it! If you’re running behind, please send a quick text, call, or email. A little heads-up might save you from a $25 late fee or having your appointment rescheduled or cancelled. We value your time, our time, and the time of every fabulous guest after you. Thanks for keeping us all on track! ⸻ 📅 Cancellations & Rescheduling • Need to cancel or reschedule? Please give at least 48 hours’ notice so we can offer your spot to someone else and help you avoid fees. • You can easily manage your appointment using the “Manage My Appointment” link in your confirmation email. • Deposits are non-refundable, but can be transferred once if you reschedule within the 48-hour window. • Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged 100% of the service cost, unless we’ve chatted directly. • No-shows = full charge of your scheduled service.
