💻 Appointment Policies – Please Read 💻 To reserve your spot at Beauty by Mel Gray, a non-refundable deposit is required. This ensures your appointment is secured just for you—and helps me keep things running smoothly for everyone. ⸻ ⏰ Running Late? Life happens— I totally get it! If you’re running behind, please send a quick text, call, or email. A little heads-up might save you from a $25 late fee or having your appointment rescheduled or cancelled. I value your time, my time, and the time of every fabulous guest after you. Thank you in advance for the communication. ⸻ 📅 Cancellations & Rescheduling • Need to cancel or reschedule? Please give at least 72 hours notice so I can offer your spot to someone else and help you avoid fees. • You can easily manage your appointment yourself without having to reach out to me by using the “Manage My Appointment” link in your confirmation email. • Deposits are non-refundable, but can be transferred, 1 time only, if you reschedule within the 72-hour window. • Cancellations with less than 72 hours notice will be charged 100% of the service cost, unless you and I have chatted directly. • No-shows = full charge of your scheduled service.
